A Certificate Note is a bankable, transferable security issued against your asset or strategy. It carries its own ISIN, settles through the regulated international clearing and settlement system that banks already use, and can be deposited directly into an investor's bank account like any other holding.

This is how a company's private equity is made investable. How a Ferrari collection becomes a portfolio line. How a music catalogue becomes subscribable. Blackbull Equities announced that the NETWRK Asset Index AMC designed and engineered by Blackbull Equities for a Swiss crypto asset management firm is officially live and ready for subscriptions.

This Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) allows investors to participate in the performance of NETWRK's cryptocurrency expertise and track record. The AMC features "24/7 trading infrastructure built on two of the most secure digital asset exchanges allowing institutional-level access to 400+ digital assets" and offers risk-adjusted, actively managed exposure to the crypto market.

AMCs enable companies to offer investment opportunities to asset managers and qualified investors via certificates that can be deposited directly into investors' bank accounts as fully bankable and transferable assets. Blackbull Equities indicated additional AMCs are forthcoming.
